Tommy Kindred took four Danesgate students from Mrs Graham’s class to participate in a badminton competition at Forest Moor’s massive sports hall in Harrogate.  Both the A team and the B team drew 1-1.   

All the boys were polite and patient – and even practised with the Forest Moor boys between games.  JH deserves a special mention for being so well-mannered and approachable to the Forest Moor pupils and one of our students, N, demonstrated an exceptional attitude. He began the day struggling to hit a shuttle and finished holding his own in an inter school competitive game.

An excellent day all round!
